SELECTED COFFEES AND EXTRAORDINARY BLENDS
The homogeneity of a batch is an important value for composing blends with valuable aromatic characteristics. Each product of nature has its own rhythms and so does coffee: a raw material that undergoes a transformation with roasting and, from a small hard greenish bean, becomes a large, brown, very fragrant bean.
To the roasters, blending different coffees is a way to express their taste. It is a slow process, made up of intuitions, trainings, time, commitment and knowledge.
That’s the reason why it becomes important to travel to the places where the coffee grows. Meeting the people of those places, seeing, touching and tasting are primary to achieve excellent results in the cup.
